Are booking secured?

> Every booking are secured with SSL secured transaction.

What device can customer use to order the food?

> Customer can use any device that have a browser to order the food.

How soon can I use the booking system after sign up?

> As we require a maximum of 7 days to set up your dedicated booking system. You will be able to use it after we complete the set up process.

What do you need from my company to get started?

> To begin we only need your company name, email address, company address & company registration number.

How do customer pay?

> Customer will pay by cash for your order. If you have an Paypal account, customer can also pay online via credit card / debit card.

I do not have a Paypal account

> If your company does not have a Paypal account, we can guide you on how to set up.

Can customer select a pickup time?

> Yes, customer can select a pickup time.

Can I block further booking for a specific dish once the food item became unavailable?

> Yes, you can enter the admin dashboard to mark an item as unavailable.

Can I charge SST on the order?

> Yes, you can charge SST on the order.
